Cotton Tree Jetty on a perfect Sunshine Coast day! Times like this it sucks being behind the camera!
Crazy times abound here on the Sunshine Coast at the moment. I have been shooting flat out and working pretty much non-stop. It seems that this time of the year is not only the hottest, but also the busiest and most lovely to shoot. That makes for long days behind the 7D and long nights in front of the computer.
Sadly, that is the reason for this short post without a video. Icurrently have 2 minutes of the Tenterfield Road trip cut complete, it’s nearly 11pm on a Sunday night and I have to call it quits. I’m driving to the Gold Coast in the morning for a meeting and still have a bunch of stuff to get done before I leave at 5am.
It may be a couple of days before I get a chance to finish it off, so here are some stills from the trip and the last couple of days.
Stay tuned over the next week for the Tenterfield Road Trip video and also another announcement that should make for some great footage.
More soon. . .

Nice tripod shadow on the fence shot, or is that you? Not reallyu picking out the wire either, but nice try. What kind of timelapse do you get on a 7D? I shoot mine with a powershot and chdk hack, lots of scripts its great.
Hahaha! That’s my hands and the 7D in the shadow. . .due to lack of care and a straight export from Lightroom!
C’mon it was 11pm on Sunday, cut me some slack bro!
I had a couple of shots with different depth’s, but different comps. I liked this comp the most.
7D makes nice time lapses, either with an Intervalometer or just with video. There will be a couple in the Tenterfield vid, if I ever get a chance to finish it!
Well the pics do look great, was that dark sky (3rd pic) a post effect or pol filter(s)?
Hey Christian that is funny and a very small world. That pole on the pier is where i suction cup stuck a GoPro Still camera for a timelapse project that i included in this video of the Sunshine Coast Health Foundations Row for Cancer a couple of months ago.
Video is here http://rambos-locker.blogspot.com/2009/09/row-for-cancer-2009.html
The timelapse was shot in two directions.

The timelapse is at about the 5 min mark just after the Lisa Curry Kenny interview.
